DUBAI, UAE — The Zimbabwean Business Council – UAE (ZIBCO) is pleased to officially welcome Tulpar Global Taxation into its network as a Corporate Member. The partnership is designed to equip enterprises, institutional investors, and diaspora businesses with specialized fiscal structuring, regulatory guidance, and strategic cross-border tax advisory services across the UAE and Zimbabwe corridors.

The corporate induction follows a formal signing engagement between ZIBCO Chairman Simba Makahamadze and Tulpar Global Taxation Chief Executive Officer Mr. Ezat Alnajm

The alliance aligns both organizations around expanding commercial pathways between Southern Africa and the GCC, addressing the growing demand for dedicated tax advisory, corporate compliance, and cross-border expansion support as bilateral trade volumes continue to rise.

Through this corporate membership, Tulpar Global Taxation will offer ZIBCO members and prospective international investors critical technical expertise in navigating dual regulatory landscapes, structuring compliant investment vehicles, and establishing efficient commercial setups across both jurisdictions.

"Entering into this corporate membership with Tulpar Global Taxation addresses a foundational need for our business ecosystem," said Simba Makahamadze, Chairman of ZIBCO.
"Navigating cross-border regulatory frameworks and corporate governance can often present significant hurdles for scaling companies. Partnering with Mr. Ezat Alnajm and his team ensures our members have direct access to tier-one advisory that enables compliant, agile, and sustainable market expansion across the UAE and Zimbabwe."

The Zimbabwean Business Council and Tulpar Global Taxation will collaborate on dedicated advisory sessions, knowledge-sharing roundtables, and technical briefing opportunities for Council members.
